Fulfilment Policy


We dispatch orders from our Sydney warehouse within 3-5 business days of orders being placed excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note dispatch times may be longer during sales events and Christmas.

Tracking information relating to your parcel will be sent within 24 hours from shipment by Australia Post.

At times, delivery via Australia Post may be delayed due to unforeseen events which are beyond our control (floods, strikes etc).

Please allow additional time for your delivery to arrive during peak periods (ie. Christmas/sales events). You can check the estimated arrival time of your parcel at 

Orders which are flagged as "high risk" by Shopify will not be fulfilled. Purchasers with orders flagged as "high risk" will be advised by email of the cancellation and refund of orders within 24 hours of placing such orders.




Due to the ongoing effects of CoVid-19, Australia Post is experiencing delays in processing packages so your order may take longer to arrive. Please allow 6 business days from expected delivery date before contacting us regarding your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note, our timeframe for picking and packing orders is 1-3 business days across ALL ORDERS including Express Post.

Tiddlers Kids offers standard tracked Parcel Post shipping on all orders with delivery Australia wide via Australia Post for a flat rate of $9.95. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we have paused our Signature on Delivery option at checkout, to ensure that your delivery is contactless at this time to keep you safe.

We also offer Express Shipping Australia wide for a flat rate of $14.95 which is shown as a delivery option at checkout. 

All shipping prices are in AUD.

We dispatch orders within 3-5  business days of payment being cleared (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Once your order is received and paid in full, shoes will be dispatched from our store. You will be advised of your Australia Post Tracking Number via e-mail/SMS text  once goods have been sent. To track your item go to

Standard delivery to New Zealand is:-

$24.95 - parcels under 1kg

$36.00 - parcels under 2kg

We do not Express Post items to New Zealand.


All parcels will be sent by air uninsured through our Australia Post International network with tracking details. In the event that a parcel goes missing we will do our best to provide you with further details about your parcel based on information from Australia Post, but we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit.

Payment for orders from New Zealand must be made via PayPal, with all prices in Australian dollars ($AUD). Additional delivery charges may apply to larger parcels. As at 11th October, 2022 delivery times are estimated at approximately 3 weeks due to the impact of Co-Vid 19 on international flights. 

Please be advised that any duties or taxes applicable to your order will need to be settled by you the customer.

We will contact you to confirm your delivery address, so please ensure you provide us with your email address and telephone number. 

Please ensure that you measure your little one's feet prior to placing an order. If your little one is between sizes, we suggest that you choose a size up as your little one will, in time, grow into their new shoes.

If you need to return items please be aware that you will need to cover postage costs to return the goods to us with tracking. Postage fees will also be charged by us to send the item again to you. 


Loss or Damage of Goods

Once goods have been dispatched your order will be marked as fulfilled. Tiddlers Kids will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods as a result of the actions of carriers.

Cancellation of order

Why has my order been cancelled?

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders under certain circumstances including but not limited to:-

1) transaction is flagged as high risk by our security system

2) transaction is related to previous high risk order

3) billing address of payment method doesn't match shipping address of order

4) cardholder name doesn't match customer name

5) transaction is made with products at incorrect pricing or incorrect information.

6) transaction is made with high risk email account.

7) order is placed from a high risk (web proxy) connection.

8) additional information is requested from customer and is not supplied within a reasonable time (7 calendar days from date of order).
