Tiddlers Kids offers standard tracked Parcel Post shipping on all orders with delivery Australia wide via Australia Post for a flat rate of $8.95. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we have paused our Signature on Delivery option at checkout, to ensure that your delivery is contactless at this time to keep you safe.
We also offer Express Shipping Australia wide for a flat rate of $13.95 which is shown as a delivery option at checkout.
For orders over $175 we offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING Australia wide. Excludes sales events.
For orders over $79 we offer FREE Standard Shipping Australia wide.

All goods should be received within 7 days from date of dispatch. Please note that during busy periods (ie. Easter,Christmas, Sales) deliveries may take longer which is beyond our control.

Standard delivery to New Zealand is:-
$24.95 - parcels under 1kg
$36.00 - parcels under 2kg
We do not Express Post items to New Zealand.
We ONLY SHIP TO AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND.
All parcels will be sent by air uninsured through our Australia Post International network with tracking details. In the event that a parcel goes missing we will do our best to provide you with further details about your parcel based on information from Australia Post, but we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit.
Payment for orders from New Zealand must be made via PayPal, with all prices in Australian dollars ($AUD). Additional delivery charges may apply to larger parcels. As at 11th July 2020, delivery times are estimated at approximately 3 weeks due to the impact of Co-Vid 19 on international flights.
Please be advised that any duties or taxes applicable to your order will need to be settled by you the customer.
We will contact you to confirm your delivery address, so please ensure you provide us with your email address and telephone number.
Please ensure that you measure your little one's feet prior to placing an order. If your little one is between sizes, we suggest that you choose a size up as your little one will, in time, grow into their new shoes.
If you need to return items please be aware that you will need to cover postage costs to return the goods to us with tracking. Postage fees will also be charged by us to send the item again to you.
Please note that FREE SHIPPING promotions do not apply to NZ deliveries.
Loss or Damage of Goods
Once goods have been dispatched your order will be marked as fulfilled. Tiddlers Kids will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods as a result of the actions of carriers.
